Mansfield is a growing community located in Tarrant County. The city has over 500 acres of park land and athletic fields, located inside 11 parks. There are also over 3 miles of bike and walking trails. A community favorite is the Big League Dreams Sports Park. It is a huge baseball complex with replica fields from some Major League Baseball stadiums. It also has an on-site stadium club restaurant. The retail and dining establishments in Mansfield sport everything from small mom and pop shops to large retailers such as Best Buy, Petco, and Michael’s.

This thriving suburb has a charming downtown area which hosts the Mansfield Music and Arts Festival each year. Other community events include the Rockin’ 4th of July celebration and the Pickle Parade and Palooza. If movies are your thing, Town Park has a nice amphitheater which shows free movies during the summer, and there is a Cinemark 12 theater in the city. For other entertainment options, check out the historic Farr Best Theater, established in 1917. There you can see live theater, musicals, and concerts.

Mansfield housing options include homes on acreage, new home construction, as well as newer and  longer existing subdivision neighborhoods.
